Privacy Policy

1. Developer & contact

This Privacy Policy applies to the SaleBell mobile app. For privacy questions, contact hello@devnytix.com.

2. Data we collect, use & share

SaleBell does not require name, email, or phone number to use the app.

We collect and use:

• Device ID : a random ID on your device, used for follows and alerts.
• Anonymous account ID : created without email/password so watches can sync securely.
• Push token (FCM) : to send price-drop and deal notifications if you allow them.
• Follows / watches : products or brands you choose to watch.
• Brand suggestions : text you optionally submit (brand name, website, notes).
• On-device preferences : favourites, shopping prefs, and notification settings stored on your phone.
• Analytics & crash data : app usage events and crash reports (via Google Firebase) to fix bugs and improve the app.

We share this data only with:

• Supabase : backend for catalog, anonymous auth, devices, follows, and suggestions.
• Google Firebase : push notifications, Analytics, and Crashlytics.

We do not sell user data.

3. Secure handling

Data sent between the app and our servers uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to server data is limited to operating and improving SaleBell.

4. Retention & deletion

On-device data stays until you clear app storage or uninstall. Server records (device, follows, suggestions) are kept only while needed to provide alerts and run the service.

To request deletion of your server data, email hello@devnytix.com. We will delete associated data we can reasonably identify.
